Made-to-Order Items As each item is individually handmade especially for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review product descriptions, photos, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
We will work with you to offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads (crochet patterns) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
